PerkinElmer Hosts Informational Seminar on Forensic Toxicology & Clinical Chemistry

February 8, 2013 at 12:00 AM EST
Who: This seminar will be beneficial and informative if you are working in forensic toxicology and clinical chemistry labs, and are interested in learning about a leading solution for the screening of illicit drugs in forensic samples.
Where: Institute of Child Health, 30 Guilford Street, London, WC1N 1EH
When: Tuesday 26th February from 9.30 am to 5:00 pm

Join industry experts and PerkinElmer specialists for a variety of informative presentations to learn how PerkinElmer solutions can take you from sample to result in a matter of seconds.  Many forensic labs are faced with the challenges of long sample runtime and complex method development.  PerkinElmer experts will demonstrate the use of the innovative AxION® Platform for the screening of illicit drugs in forensic samples. This platform includes the AxION® 2 TOF MS for exact mass measurement capabilities and confident quantitation and the AxION® Direct Sample Analysis (DSA™) System, a technology coupled with mass spectrometry that allows the direct analysis of a sample with minimal to no sample prep or chromatography. This platform allows users to go from sample to result in a matter of seconds, improving method development and saving labs valuable time and resources.
